How soon will you contact me?
After you submit an inquiry through my website, I will reach out promptly to schedule your consultation. Contracts and invoices are sent shortly after we confirm your project details.
What happens after the consultation?
Once we’ve spoken and agreed on the project details:
You will receive a contract outlining the scope, deliverables, and payment structure.
An invoice will be sent immediately after, unless the service is purchased directly through the website.
Once the initial deposit is received, your project will officially begin.
How does pricing and payment work?
For exclusive services, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required before work begins. This secures your project on my schedule.
Add-on services must be paid 100% upfront since they are required to complete the related project.
The remaining balance (for exclusive services) will be due upon project completion, before final delivery.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. We’ll discuss the estimated timeframe during your consultation call. At that time, you’ll receive a clear outline of milestones and expectations.
Who owns the work once it’s complete?
You will own all final deliverables once the project is paid in full. Drafts, templates, and working files remain my property unless otherwise agreed upon.
How will we communicate during the project?
Most communication will happen by email for record-keeping and clarity. If/when needed, we can also schedule calls for updates and check-ins.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — revisions are included based on the scope we outline in the contract. Small adjustments are expected and welcome, but major changes outside the agreed scope may require additional billing.
What do I need to provide for my project?
To make sure your project runs smoothly, please prepare and provide any of the following (depending on your selected service):
Logos, brand assets, and style guides (if you have them)
Images and videos you want featured (or I can source stock media if needed)
Text/copy for your site or documents (or I can provide copywriting as an add-on)
Product details: titles, descriptions, prices, categories
Links: social media profiles, booking pages, or third-party tools to be integrated
Scheduling preferences: calendar availability if using booking features
Existing accounts (hosting, CMS, domain registrar, etc.) if I’ll be working within them
Any specific inspirations or design examples you’d like me to consider
